The Law no. 7256 which was published in the Official Gazette dated 17 November 2020 set forth that the President is authorized to extend the periods for short-time work allowance application until 30 June 2021.

Accordingly, the Presidential Decree dated 22 December 2020 and numbered 3316 published in the Official Gazette dated 23 December 2020 has further extended the deadline for short-time work applications by 1 (one) month and the new deadline became 31 January 2021.

With the Presidential Decree dated 22 December 2020 and numbered 3317, the duration of the short-time work allowance for the workplaces that have applied for short-time work until 31 December 2020 (including this date) has been extended until 28 February 2021, commencing as of the end of 31 December 2020.
