According to the Competition Board decisions dated 03.10.2024 and numbered 24-40/956-M(3), an investigation shall be launched on Med Yapım Televizyon ve Filmcilik Anonim Şirketi (MED YAPIM), Ay Sanat Prodüksiyon ve Yapım Anonim Şirketi (AY YAPIM), MA Distribution Televizyon ve Filmcilik Anonim Şirketi (MADD ENTERTAINMENT), Yek Teknoloji Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi (MERZİGO) and Key Networks Holding Anonim Şirketi (KEY NETWORKS) to determine whether they violated the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition (the Act no 4054).

In the relevant decision published by the Competition Authority, it is emphasized that the decision cannot be interpreted to mean that the undertakings or associations of undertakings under investigation have violated Law No. 4054 and that they are or will be subject to penal sanctions under the Law. The decision was published solely for the purpose of informing the public.
