The Law no. 7256 which was published in the Official Gazette dated 17 November 2020 set forth that the President is authorized to extend the periods for short-time work allowance until 30 June 2021.

With the Presidential Decree dated 22 April 2021 and numbered 3910, the duration of the short-time work allowance for the workplaces that have applied for short-time work until 31 January 2021 (including this date) has been extended until 30 June 2021, commencing as of the end of 31 March 2021.
